Project Homeless Connect

PHC is sponsored by the City of Jackson and allows the homeless population of Jackson to find information about a variety of services all in one place.

Grace Place, our day shelter for the homeless, will have a tent and will be offering information about our services.

BLANKET DRIVE FOR THE HOMELESS.....                     

 Please donate new or gently used small, fleece-type blankets or throws to be distributed during Thanksgiving in Jerusalem, our holiday outreach to the homeless.

Join us on Tuesday, November 25 from noon-2pm as we welcome our homeless population for a time of food, fellowship and games.  Blankets, hats and gloves will be given as our guests leave.  To volunteer, please call Pam at 353-9691.

 

       

 

FLU SHOTS will be available in the Gathering Area on two Sundays, October 12 and 19.  Cost is $10 per shot.
