Pam grew up in northeast Mississippi, but moved to Jackson in 1983 after graduating from MSU with a degree in communication and journalism.  Her career in church work began in 1991 at Christ UMC as Director of Activities. After 11 years at Christ, Pam joined the staff at Galloway in 2001 and is currently serving as Director of Missions and Outreach.

Pam has been married 25 years to high school sweetheart Dennis and is the proud Mom to Jake, age 19 and Murphy, age 11.  Jake is a religious studies student at USM and Murphy is finishing the 5^th grade at Madison Avenue Elementary.

The latest and most spoiled addition to the Meek family is a pug named Lillie.  Rotten does not even begin to describe her, but she adds a lot of joy to the household!
