On May 3rd, during communion, we will take up a special offering in honor of the Class of 2026 for Miracle Sunday, a United Methodist effort to raise funds that go toward supporting seminarians around the world as they pursue a theological education. There are 30,000 United Methodist Churches worldwide joining in on this effort – what a wonderful way for us to live into our mission of connectionalism as we participate in ministry around the world through Miracle Sunday.

Fun fact: 71% of pastors within the US hold a master’s degree in theology, compared to fewer than 5% of pastors outside of the US
