FULL-TIME ONE-YEAR RESIDENCY

This residency position is designed to give on-the-job training and experiences to prepare a candidate for a career in traditional church music ministry. The successful candidate would serve as an Assistant Director to Galloway’s Department of Music and Worship Arts and would report directly to the Director of Music and Worship Arts, and ultimately, to the Senior Pastor. He/she would assist the department to further develop what we are currently able to accomplish. He/she should be musically skilled (in some combination as singer, choral conductor, handbell ringer, children’s or youth music teacher, pianist, or organist; with a willingness to expand current skills and develop others in these areas), highly organized, a good communicator (verbally and in writing).
