PART-TIME | POTENTIAL FOR FULL-TIME EXPANSION

The Director of Congregational Care and Older Adult Ministry will provide leadership, coordination, and vision for the church’s pastoral care systems and older adult ministries. This individual will ensure that congregants feel supported, connected, and valued—especially during times of illness, transition, grief, or aging.

In addition to overseeing prayer, visitation, and bereavement ministries, this role will strategically develop and strengthen ministries that nurture the spiritual, emotional, and communal well-being of older adults. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to pastoral care, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a heart for honoring the wisdom and contributions of older generations.
